  • Pitaya is a dragon fruit native to the Tropics! It is nutrient dense, high in vitamins & minerals, and low in calories making it a perfect addition to smoothies!

  • Mostly! We are vegan friendly! But predominately vegetarian.

    In a couple of our menu items, we do offer ingredients like goat cheese, whey, or bone broth protein that can be removed or replaced! We also offer organic whole milk for our espresso, but have other plant-based milk options too.

    Are you wanting a 100% plant based meal option? Just ask our team when you are ordering to assist you in making any of our options vegan for you!

  • Kombucha is a probiotic filled fermented tea! It’s made with sugar, tea, & a symbiotic culture of yeast and bacteria. It has numerous health benefits primarily aiding in gut health!

  • Jackfruit is a fruit that has a similar texture to pulled pork. For a meat alternative, it is cooked and seasoned like a meat.

  • Some, but not all. Be sure to ask what gluten free options we have available for the day! We offer a gluten free sourdough for our Veggie Sami & Avocado Toast.
