Pitaya is a dragon fruit native to the Tropics! It is nutrient dense, high in vitamins & minerals, and low in calories making it a perfect addition to smoothies!

Mostly! We are vegan friendly! But predominately vegetarian.

In a couple of our menu items, we do offer ingredients like goat cheese, whey, or bone broth protein that can be removed or replaced! We also offer organic whole milk for our espresso, but have other plant-based milk options too.

Some, but not all. Be sure to ask what gluten free options we have available for the day! We offer a gluten free sourdough for our Veggie Sami & Avocado Toast.
